Privacy policy
This policy explains what LogSpec collects, why it is used, and what choices you have when using the service.
What we collect
When you create an account, we receive your email address and any profile details you choose to provide. We store subscription identifiers, plan, status, and billing period information so we can control access and show your account status. We also record acceptance of the applicable terms and policies.
Selected log files are read in your browser for import and conversion. When you save reviewed flights in Pilot Suite, those flight records are sent to your LogSpec account. Documents you choose to attach are uploaded to private account storage.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account.
- To provide access to the paid service and manage subscriptions.
- To respond to support requests and maintain service reliability.
- To meet legal, fraud-prevention, and security obligations.
Service providers
LogSpec uses Supabase for account and application data services, Stripe for payment processing, and Cloudflare for website delivery and performance analytics. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. LogSpec does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
Retention and deletion
We retain account, saved workspace, and subscription records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet accounting requirements, and comply with law. You may request account deletion or access to your information at Support. Some records may need to be retained for legal or financial reasons.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal information. Contact [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”; we may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
